Coffee Caramel Soft Serve Ice Cream
- 4 scoops Tri Blend Select Coffee Caramel
- 3 avocados, peeled, halved, de-stoned and frozen
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1 handful of mixed berries
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
Place the frozen avocados into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the agave nectar and Tri Blend Select and blend until combined.
Transfer the mixture between bowls.
To serve, garnish the bowls with sliced banana, berries and cacao nibs.
