Oat Cookie Recovery Shake

Refuel post-workout with this protein-packed shake, featuring Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport & Rebuild Strength.
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 3-5 Ice cubes
- 118 mL (1/2 cup) skim milk
- 80 mL (1/2 cup) cottage cheese
- 14 g Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport, Creamy Vanilla
- 14 g Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Chocolate
- 2 TBS oats
- ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
- 1-2 Tbsp. Greek Yoghurt
- Pinch of oats and mini dark chocolate chips (for optional garnish)
Method:
- In a blender combine ice, milk, cottage cheese, F1 Sport, Rebuild Strength, oats, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Grab a glass and spread Greek Yoghurt around the base, then pour shake in.
- Top with a pinch of oats and dark mini chocolate chips. Enjoy!
