Ingredients
- 28g Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix French Vanilla
- 6g Personalised Protein Powder
- 7g Active Fibre Complex
- 15mL Herbal Aloe Concentrate Original
- 1 cup non-fat milk or soy milk
- 3-5 ice cubes
Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender and mix well.
