Ingredients:
  • 4 Large potatoes
  • 56 g Formula 1 Shake Mix, French Vanilla
  • 14 g Personalised Protein Powder
  • 75 mL Low-fat milk
  • 50 g Low-fat mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 50 g Tempeh, diced and roasted
  • 1 Tbs. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. Coriander powder
  • 2 Tbs Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs. Chopped celery
Method:
  1. Cut potatoes horizontally to the bottom but not completely through then cut several thick vertical slices across.
  2. Place potatoes on baking sheet, grease with olive oil, sprinkle with coriander and garlic powder, plus chopped parsley.
  3. Bake in a hot oven (200 c) until soft and skin surface is dry. Remove and set aside until cool.
  4. Mix F1 Shake Mix and Personalised Protein Powder, add tempeh and half the cheese. Mix and pour over the potatoes then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Return to the oven until cheese melts. Remove and serve.
