This delicious flatbread, made with Herbalife Nutrition Personalised Protein Powder and Greek yogurt, delivers the ideal savoury fix. Makes 8 flatbreads.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup Herbalife Nutrition Personalised Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 TBSP finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking soda
  • 3 TBSP Olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek-style non-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup water
Method:
  • Stir together PPP, flours, 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese, salt, sugar, baking powder & baking soda.
  • Add 2 TBSP olive oil, yogurt & water. Stir together then use your hands form into a ball.
  • Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface & knead into a rough ball.
  • Wrap dough in plastic wrap & let rest at room temperature for up to one hour. Unwrap dough & cut into 8 equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece of dough into a ball then flatten on floured board. Roll with a rolling pin as thin as you can, turning frequently to keep dough from sticking to the board.
  • Place a pan over medium heat & brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Add one flatbread & cook until brown on both sides. Sprinkle top side with some of the remaining Parmesan cheese. Remove and repeat with each flatbread.

Serve warm or cold.
