1. Cut bread into cubes in a small microwave-proof bowl and sprinkle with raisins.
  2. Combine milk, Personalised Protein Powder and egg in a blender and blend 10-15 seconds until smooth. Pour over bread-raisin mixture.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow bread to absorb the liquid.
  4. When ready to cook, remove plastic wrap and microwave on high for approx. 2.5-3 minutes or until puffed and cooked through. Serve immediately with or without fresh fruit.
